私は幼少期から中学時代まで、家族や特定の少人数の友達以外とほぼ話せない状態が続いており、そのことで病院に行ったり障害の診断を受けたことは一度もありませんでしたが、長年、コミュニケーションの悩みを抱えていました。最近になり「場面緘黙」という言葉を知り、それが当時の私と同じ状況であると気づきました。同じ悩みを抱える方々の生きづらさを少しでも軽くできる様に、相談できる場として、このサイトを立ち上げました。
昔は喋れなかった私ですが、現在は声の表現活動をしたり、役者やクリエイターとして活動しています。
